About Stacy

My goal is to help people who work relieve stress and anxiety. Using an evidence-based approach, I provide employees with the practice, tools and techniques they need to feel calm, yet energized so they can thrive. Since 2014, I’ve helped over 30,000 professionals alleviate stress and anxiety in their lives with a 95% success rate.

As someone who worked in the corporate world for 20 years and suffered from burnout, I personally know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lose focus and lack energy. Mindfulness practices literally saved my life.

Since then, I’ve unlocked the secrets to alleviate stress and eliminate burnout with sustainable success. These are the same proven tools and strategies I teach today.
