HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT EACH WEEK
WEEK 1: OPENING
We’ll kick off the first week with your one-on-one coaching session and personalized guided meditation. This will ground you into the mastermind experience with intention, ease and clarity around what you want to accomplish, and help you identify and overcome any obstacles in your way.
WEEK 2: ACTIVATE
We’ll kick off the first week by baselining your current level of stress. You’ll set your goals and intentions for the next 6 weeks and create your new Ritual Loop. You’ll also receive your blueprint and access to the REMEMBER Method.
WEEK 3: INSPIRE
The second week is all about mindset. You will create your new H.O.M.E. – Healthy Open Mindset Everyday. In this module, we’ll dive into a set of proven practices that help shift your perspective so you can find peace no matter what is happening around you.
WEEK 4: ALIGN
As humans, we are emotional, expressive creatures. Yet most of us aren’t taught how to deal with our feelings in a healthy and productive way. The third week is all about how to get unstuck, how to feel your emotions without becoming them and how to manage your emotions with grace.
WEEK 5: ENLIVEN
The fourth week is all about energy. Discover your Natural Energy Flow (NEF) Codes and what boosts and drains your energy so you can maximize the natural peaks and valleys throughout your day. You’ll also learn how to leverage your Downtime Brain so you can accomplish more while doing less.
WEEK 6: INTEGRATE
This week is all about the body. How we feel is impacted by what we do (or don’t do) physically. In this module, learn simple ways to relieve stress in your body, build resilience and calm your nervous system.
WEEK 7: SUSTAIN
This week, we’ll bring it all together. You’ll baseline your stress again and see how you’ve tracked towards your goals. We will celebrate your transformations and discover how you can sustain your healthy habits for the long term.
